You didn’t really enjoy the doctor’s all that much yesterday.  In the first place, our appointments were scheduled during your afternoon nap and we didn’t even leave Dr. Berry’s office until after 3:30.  You were asleep within three minutes once we got into the car to go home.  Plus you received two shots-your MMR and chicken pox.  I hope that you will never have to experience chicken pox.  My mom said that I had them at 18 months and was miserable.

You are now almost 25 pounds (95th percentile) and 32 inches tall (100th percentile) though your head circumference is only in the 50th percentile.  You look perfectly balanced to me.  Dr. Berry says that you are perfect.

We got to hear the baby’s heartbeat.  It took awhile for Dr. Berry to find it, but he felt confident that he only found one.  Yeah!  Everything looks as though it is right on schedule.  I have my next doctor’s appointment on January 10th.
