We watched the parade in downtown Frederick.  Typical of July, it was a rather hot day.  Following the parade we decided to drive over and check out the progress on our new house.  We noticed that someone's irrigation water was running throughout the new neighborhood.  The water was surprisingly warm.  The girls asked if they could play in it, and being the good parents that we are, we relented.  They had a blast.
